Phase One is Complete!

Phase one is complete! 
I have lost 100 pounds as of a few days ago.
I am now working on the next 100, though I will take some time off dieting during Xmas so I don't go mad from goodie deprivation.

I shrink, therefore I am (less)

Just a quick note here; As of now, I've shed 93.4 pounds since the end of Feb. 2012. 
Only 6.6 pounds to go til that magic number.....100.  (then after that, I get to work on the _next_ hundred) :(

The Incredible Shrinking Man!

  So now I have lost a total of 83 pounds since beginning this weight management program way back at the end of February. I'm hoping to make it an even 100 by Xmas. Then, I'll take a brief respite from the dieting over Xmas and get back into it At New Year's and get started on the second 100 pounds.
   It's been a great experience and it feels so much better.  I believe I have a future now and have shaken away the fatalist attitude that I was burdened with (along with a considerable amount of lard).

  The future may be fantastic!

As of today, I have lost 46 pounds since I began this weight-loss program. I have also decided _not_ to have the Lap-band surgery. My own method of losing weight seems to be working so I will continue to work with it. It feels much better even with only 46 pounds gone; I can walk much farther and stand as well and old, tight shirts actually are beginning to fit me again. It's a new chapter in my life and it's quite exciting.

My 51st Birthday Yesterday......

Another birthday has come and gone... good riddance! Who needs 'em, anyway?
Had a really nice dinner at Red Lobster, though. That was pretty good. :D
A lot of well-wishes from a large number of Facebook friends. That was nice as well.
I've now lost 33 pounds since I began the weight loss program I joined back in February. It ends around Apr. 27th. I hope to be _under_ 400 pounds by then. At some point afterwards I'll be notified as to whether or not I will be offered the Gastric surgery.
