Here I am in front of my computer having just finished another piece of art for my collection of portfolios. I am currently halfway through volume 12 of this series begun in 2003. As you can see, the finished book is the complete piece of art rather than just individual drawings or paintings. The books themselves are handmade journals from Nepal or India decorated with leather buckles or cords and embossed shapes made from copper sheet.
Each book holds about 100-120 individual works of art from pencil drawings to hand-coloured prints.

Proceed with Project Sword!

Here I am again, trying to make a habit of updating this bloggy-thing.
I received word that a fellow wishes to use some of my art to illustrate a blog of his that is centred on the subject of Gerry Anderson's "Project Sword." Here is a link to help explain what that is; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_SWORD
Here are some pictures as well; http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3110/3514586689_bc68624792.jpg?v=0

Anyway, you get the idea.
Update! My stuff is already on his site. Scroll downwards from here; http://projectswordtoys.blogspot.com/

I recommended that he have a look at some of the Lego things I've designed and built; they have the kind of look that would compliment the "Project Sword" look of things. :D You can see for yourself here; http://frohickey.deviantart.com/gallery/3747056
So, still managing to worm my way into other people's successes. :D

I Sometimes Get Distracted...

Well here I am again after only 5 years.
Feeling a lot better for the most part and been living in a new apartment for the last year with nice SOLID CONCRETE CEILINGS to keep out the damned noise. B (my wife) and I also have a kitty named Eric. We live on the 13th floor and have a great view. Finally out of the basement and into the light. Stay tuned for more updates as they come in. :D
